Magnificent blousy peony blooms were painted by Lorraine Breger in the Zoffany studio using a traditional watercolour technique with layers of colour painstakingly applied to create the subtlest shade of pink to rich carmine hues. Combining life studies with a layout originating from a 19th century cotton chintz archive document, this modern version is digitally printed on non-woven wallpaper in two colours that also exist as printed fabrics.

One of the most illegally trafficked animals of the past decade, the IUCN (International Union for Conservation of Nature) has listed all eight species of pangolin under the threat of extinction.
